Platform Focus MDM/RDM mapping
Role Description Translate business requirements and domain decisions into detailed MDM/RDM mappings, canonical models, stewardship workflows and testable acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities - Lead structured workshops with business owners, stewards, SMEs and source-system teams.
- Document source-to-source, source-to-enterprise and source-to-canonical mappings.
- Capture mapping conditions, multi-dimensional rules, defaults, exceptions, effective dates, versions and approval states.
- Document provider, patient/person, location, finance/HR and terminology business rules.
- Maintain the mapping decision log and resolve ambiguities with accountable owners.
- Define acceptance criteria for matching, survivorship, RDM lookup, mapping and publication.
- Support UAT, defect triage, steward training and traceability from requirement to release.

Required Experience & Skills 7+ years in business/data analysis with MDM/RDM mapping experience.
- Strong with complex enterprise mappings and source-to-target documentation.
- Good SQL and requirements traceability practices.
Good to Have - Healthcare or ERP/finance data experience.
- Exposure to Informatica MDM and Collibra.
- Reference-data and crosswalk analysis.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
