Job Purpose

The Business Analyst / Project Manager, Manufacturing IT & Digital is responsible for analyzing manufacturing performance, developing KPI reporting, and managing execution of manufacturing-related IT, digital, and AI enabled solutions and initiatives. This role bridges data, operations, and project execution by translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring successful delivery of projects that improve cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze manufacturing KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, productivity)
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and leadership decision making
  • Gather and translate business requirements into data, reporting, and system needs
  • Support IT, digital and AI enabled initiatives by providing data analysis, reporting, and performance insights
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause evaluation
  • Support integration and use of analytics and AI-enabled tools for reporting and operational insights


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, business analysis, data analytics or project/program management. Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
  • Other Job-Specific Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, MES, PLM, Teamcenter, etc.)
    • Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools
    • Strong communication skills, including ability to present data clearly to leadership
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
