Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Background in a specific industry such as finance, healthcare, or technology is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in SQL or data querying to support data analysis tasks.
Responsibilities:- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization and enhanced business performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
- Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and use cases to support solution design and implementation.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, validate requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases and coordinating testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
