JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive work to completion against target dates
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations, communicate proactively, and navigate competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- EDI & Integration Knowledge: Extensive understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and working knowledge of XML, JSON data formats with ability to create detailed field-by-field data mappings
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues early, develop solutions independently, and demonstrate sound judgment in knowing when to escalate to management
REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related analytical field preferred, OR 5+ years logistics industry experience in a technical domain
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Logistics experience (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage)
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience coordinating development teams and driving technical implementations
- Proven track record of delivering integration projects on time
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:- Agile/Scrum project experience working within agile frameworks, creating actionable stories, and maintaining team velocity
- SQL or other programming language experience
- Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Informatica)
- Experience managing client expectations in consulting or implementation environments
CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP) preferred but not required
