Job Title: Business Analyst 3

Location(s): Austin, TX

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced PM/Business Analyst to support legacy-to-web application modernization initiatives. The role involves analyzing legacy systems, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with technical and business teams, and supporting development of modern web-based solutions using .NET and SQL technologies. The position requires strong SDLC knowledge, stakeholder management, process analysis, and modernization experience in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business and technical analysis activities for legacy system modernization projects.
  • Analyze existing legacy applications, workflows, and SQL-based data structures.
  • Gather, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate legacy application functionality into modern web-based system requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis between current-state and future-state systems.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and database teams.
  • Support project planning, milestone tracking, issue management, and risk escalation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.
  • Support development and QA teams with requirement clarification and validation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Prepare clear, testable, and detailed documentation.
