Full Job Description
Mandatory Qualifications:
  1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
  2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: working on a team of Client, conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment, preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
  3. Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service settings.

Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, including working on a modernization work extracting and documenting legacy system logic and business rules with a focus on the Human Service Child Support domain.
  2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization, documenting As-Is and proposing To-Be web-based client facing applications.
  3. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation (process flows, user stories, wireframes, specifications) while adhering to pre-established templates within a requirement management tools like Blueprint.

Duties/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who has a deep understanding of diverse business rules, stakeholder needs, and the expertise in technical architecture to support an Integrated Eligibility System.
The BA will work with subject matter experts to conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to support the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
This role works closely with business and technical teams to analyze business needs, develop functional requirements, recommend process improvements, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and project objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

Consultants may be eligible to telecommute for more than 50% of their work hours, up to and including 100% remote work. Telecommuting arrangements require direct manager approval and are subject to change based on program needs. Consultants approved for 100% remote work must attend monthly in-person meetings at the Albany office and be available for major milestone meetings as needed.
