This program has a proven track record turning early-career talent into high-impact professionals. As a Business Analyst, you will turn complex data into strategic insights. You may:
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers: Analyze spend information, manage risk, and/or track supplier performance.
- Drive automation: Transform manual, legacy processes into streamlined digital workflows to increase productivity.
- Report on risk and sustainability: Ensure integrity by supporting sustainability and risk reporting across our supplier ecosystem.
- Track performance: Use data analytics to track the performance and ROI of our most critical partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications - Procurement Foundation: You have demonstrated experience or strong academic coursework in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Meet one of the following (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months):
-A Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; or
-An educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate's, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 1 year of work experience; or
-High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of work experience.
- Qualifying education and work experience should be in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program
- Adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, leads effectively across teams and projects, and communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Uses AI, Excel, and Power BI to work smarter, solve problems, and turn data into insights.
