In this role, you will help turn business needs into practical solutions that strengthen service delivery and support informed decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst plays a key part in connecting stakeholders, business users, and technical teams, bringing structure to complex needs and helping initiatives move from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities across service operations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create reports and dashboards to track performance, trends, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and change management.
Requirements- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into clear business documentation.
- Experience improving workflows and operational processes.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis, including strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with formal change management.
- Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
