Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business and data requirements
- Support AI and data initiatives by translating business needs into actionable use cases
- Work closely with data engineers and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Create clear documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Required Experience:- ~3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or technology environments
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, data platforms, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred:- Experience within financial services or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms
- Exposure to cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
