As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of product features that align with our strategic vision. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing an effective in-sprint User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and managing the post-production support process to ensure our product meets high-quality standards before it reaches end users and maintains reliability after release.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Analysis: Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives
  • Backlog Management: Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the PO and Development team.
  • Testing: Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the UAT teams to facilitate end user testing.
  • Change Management: Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources.
  • Production Monitoring & Support: Provide production support to end users, use data to monitor product stability and identify areas of improvement to drive enhanced user experience.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Exposure to working on enterprise-wide systems is beneficial.
  • Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of product backlog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business processes and data analysis.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agile squad while balancing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management, Human Resources, or experience in Financial Services is a plus
  • Exposure to CRM or service management platforms is advantageous but not required.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
