Business Analyst
Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Key Tasks:
s Administer and maintain Business Associate Agreements with relevant stakeholders
s Gather and analyze data for system modernization
s Influence collaborators to support PI objectives and features
s Assist with project management for selected projects
s Coordinate with product teams to improve productivity
s Test business processes and recommend improvements
s Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
s Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
s Identify automation opportunities
s Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
s Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
s Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators
s Develop and maintain reporting tools
s Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
Required Skills:
s 9+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)
s 3 - 7 years of experience working on teams in an Agile SAFe development environment
s 2 - 3 years supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid programs
s Analysis of user stories for impacts to security and 508 compliance
s Collaborating in a multiple contractor environment
s Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels
Desired Skills:
s Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of agile experience
s Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Word, and MS Excel
Required Education / Certifications:
s Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 120,000 to 150,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
