Business Analyst - Contact Center Technology

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, validate, document, and maintain business and cross-system functional requirements. You will assess business requests for feasibility, act as the primary liaison between IT, Product Owners, and the Renter Solutions team, and collaborate with the Amazon Connect Engineering team to research, validate, and provide data that supports business decisions and answers key business questions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that enable stakeholders to develop and execute business strategy.
  • Lead the evaluation of business requests to determine feasibility; research and identify options; recommend solutions that best meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary interface between business partners and the IT team; deliver formal presentations to end users, stakeholders, and management.
  • Partner with the Amazon Connect Engineering team to obtain data, validate reporting requirements, answer business questions, and support analysis efforts.
  • Serve as Intake Manager for the team, owning the process for capturing, triaging, and prioritizing incoming project and enhancement requests from business and IT stakeholders.
  • Maintain a visible intake queue and backlog (for example, in Jira and Confluence), tracking status, ownership, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from initial submission through handoff to delivery teams.
  • Facilitate regular intake review and prioritization meetings with stakeholders and leadership to align on scope, urgency, and sequencing of new work.

  • Strong prioritization and demand-management skills, with the ability to balance competing stakeholder requests against team capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is up to $100,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
