Business Analyst, Commercial Analytics to join our Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions across sales, marketing, and operations.
You will partner with cross-functional teams across Canada and the U.S. to understand performance, identify opportunities, and support business results.
Your teamYou will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, focused on improving business performance through data, insights, and analytics. This role works closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
What you'll be doing- Analyze and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to support business decision-making
- Design and develop dashboards and reports for sales performance, customer segmentation, and market analysis
- Build and maintain KPI reporting to track performance against targets
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and reporting solutions
- Prepare and automate data workflows, reporting processes, and recurring analyses
- Support commercial initiatives by providing data-driven insights for campaigns and business strategies
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within sales and market data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and analysis
What you'll bring- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in analytics, business analysis, or sales operations environments
- Working knowledge with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis techniques
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and automated analytical solutions
- Familiarity with ERP systems and large-scale data environments
- Familiarity with data management, manipulation, and blending tools (e.g., Snowflake, Alteryx, Python)
- 5+ years of analytics experience preferred

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $86,400.00 - $129,600.00 CAD annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
