Job Description:

Do you thrive at the intersection of business and data, turning complex requirements into actionable insights and tools that drive performance?

As a Business Analyst on the ITW Welding Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will act as the primary liaison between our business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing divisions) and our BI development team. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements; ensuring KPI definitions are consistent; and translating organizational needs into technical specifications for dashboards, analytics, and data models.

You will partner closely with our IT Data Team (who manage and curate the Azure Data Lake) and with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, relevant, and actionable. Your ability to understand business context, ask the right questions, and communicate clearly will help elevate BI&A's role as a strategic partner.
