ANDERSEN is seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to support critical sales planning and operational processes within a global organization. This role combines data analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure business decisions are powered by accurate, reliable data.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Analytics teams, you will manage business-critical data, support reporting and analysis requests, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, validate, and maintain account, territory, quota, and organizational data within internal systems.
- Analyze and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and business insights.
- Support reporting and dashboard creation using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues, escalations, and operational requests.
- Partner with stakeholders across global teams to support sales planning and business operations initiatives.
- Develop recommendations based on data analysis to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation, reconciliation, and large dataset management.
- Experience analyzing business data and creating reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales planning, business operations, marketing analytics, or digital advertising organizations.
- Proven ability to manage business-critical operational processes and data governance activities.
- Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Comfort working independently, managing ambiguity, and balancing competing priorities.
