Location: Remote

ANDERSEN is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to support critical sales planning and operational processes within a global organization. This role combines data analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure business decisions are powered by accurate, reliable data.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Analytics teams, you will manage business-critical data, support reporting and analysis requests, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, validate, and maintain account, territory, quota, and organizational data within internal systems.
  • Analyze and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and business insights.
  • Support reporting and dashboard creation using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues, escalations, and operational requests.
  • Partner with stakeholders across global teams to support sales planning and business operations initiatives.
  • Develop recommendations based on data analysis to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation, reconciliation, and large dataset management.
