Job Description:Proactively support TDAF Product Business Systems which include, issue remediation, requirements development, initiative prioritization, procedure documentation, data governance, Vendor support, testing design, and procedure documentation. Partner with Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to strengthen governance, improve control effectiveness, and support audits, testing, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts. Work with Product leadership to create consistency and efficiencies, document key processes and procedures, and manage complex projects, initiatives and vendors. Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented professionals and bring strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment, and a passion for improving processes that drive operational efficiency.
Depth & Scope:- Leads Requirements Management / work packages for Tier 2, high risk, strategic and regulatory projects or programs and may lead requirements may lead Requirements Management for Tier 1 projects/programs
- Expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle
- Gain/acquire advanced understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery
- Works autonomously as the lead business analyst and coaches and guides members within area of expertise
- Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex requirements related issues at all levels
- Contributes to the communication and change Management activities across multiple stakeholders
Education & Experience: - Undergraduate degree required
- Business Analysis Accreditation
- 7+ year related business analysis experience required
