Full Job Description
What you will do.. .
  • Assists with developing the division's annual operating and grant budgets
  • Reviews expenditure and revenue data, along with related reports, to monitor program and fund cash flows.
  • Reviews and approves permit bonds and escrow account tracking (e.g., balance monitoring and reconciliations)
  • Resolves discrepancies and ensures fiscal responsibilities are met in accordance with agency policy.
  • Reviews and approves accounts payable and receivable transactions and manages vendor billing correspondence
  • Prepares grant-related financial reports, federal grant forms, and drawdown requests
  • Assists with state and federal audits of the division's fiscal operations and reviews procurement documentation (e.g., purchase requisitions, bid documentation, and contract administration materials).
  • May require travel.
    Starting hourly pay of $33.32/hr, with periodic step increases through Step 8 at $47.47/hr.
