Position OverviewAs a Business Exp Plan & Administration Senior Specialist within PNC's Business Management Office for Enterprise Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
The Business Experience Planning & Administration Senior Specialist plays a critical role in supporting business operations through workforce planning, financial management, project coordination, and organizational administration. This individual serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping drive strategic planning activities, workforce initiatives, financial reporting, and special projects. The successful candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional who can operate independently, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis & Reporting - Ability to track budgets, reconcile financial data, prepare reports, identify variances, and support forecasting activities.
- Workforce & Talent Management - Skill in maintaining workforce records, tracking headcount, monitoring vacancies, and ensuring data accuracy across talent and staffing systems.
- Planning & Coordination - Ability to support workforce and financial planning cycles by gathering information, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Ability to communicate clearly with business partners, HR, finance, and team members while managing requests, resolving issues, and supporting organizational priorities.
- Data Analysis & Insights - Ability to analyze data across multiple business areas, identify patterns and emerging trends, assess impacts and opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights that enable informed decision-making, improve performance, and support strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, financial planning, workforce planning, project management, or related roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level planning initiatives and business projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through project leadership, team coordination, or program management.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 - $116,875.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
