BulkDistribution Terminal Manager salary range $100,000 to $110,000
Position Summary
Manages the distribution of bulk cryogenic products toensure a safety first, customer focused operation at the least cost.Establishes and controls standards of preventative maintenance, equipmentrepair and replacement. Manages bulk distribution personnel located within theregional area of responsibility. Represents regional interests with theDivisions Transportation and Logistics team, and implements Company anddivisional initiatives at the regional level.

PositionAccountabilities
1. Drive safety throughimplementation of national and regional safety programs and initiatives.Champion safety and compliance in the region.
2. Conduct accident andinjury investigations.
3. Train and providequalified drivers and resources to meet daily schedule requirements.
4. Manage the hours ofservice for all drivers and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
5. Improve the overallprofitability of the organization through reduction in cost to deliver.
6. Manage maintenanceprograms for distribution vehicles and equipment.
7. Monitor and managecost to maintain an effective operation against budget.
8. Administrationmanagement to include, payroll and customer billing.
9. Work with andsupport area sales and production efforts.
10. Must have a strongcoaching and developing skills
11. Strong knowledge ofDOT, OSHA and hazardous material regulations
12. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office suite withemphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
13. Ability tocommunicate effectively

RequiredExperience:
1. College degreepreferred
2. Cryogenicdistribution experience a plus
3. 5 to 10 year'stransportation experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role
