Qualifications

The opportunity

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in our Edmonton office. In this role you will become an integral part of the Buildings Engineering Division and will be responsible for undertaking project management of buildings projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Planning, designing, and providing technical expertise on buildings projects.
  • Guiding the project team through the preparation of technical reports to support the project deliverables and ensure the project and client needs are met in an effective and timely manner.
  • Preparing engineering fee estimates.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project status internally and externally.
  • Preparing proposals and participating in business development/marketing initiatives for the group.
  • Applying Project Management principles to effectively motivate and guide project teams.

  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university; post-graduate degree in Engineering or Project Management is an asset.
  • Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.
