The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, organizational leadership skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach to public service.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- ICC Building Official Certification (required)
- Significant progressively responsible experience in building services, inspections, code administration, or related municipal operations
- Experience supervising and developing professional staff
- Strong knowledge of applicable building and safety codes
Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000
Excellent benefits package including retirement benefits with 12% employer contribution match. Relocation assistance may be considered.
