Boeings Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is currentlyseekingaBuildingOperational Technology Integration Specialist(Senior or Lead) to join our Building Operational Technology team. This is primarily a remote position, with domestic travel to our site locations required up to 25% of the time, including but not limited to Arlington VA, Huntsville AL, Mesa AZ, North Charleston SC, Plano TX, Renton WA, Puget Sound WA, or Wichita KS. You will be a key contributor to building and advancing the Operational Technology (OT) team, responsible for integratingsystems, platforms, and datathatsupport critical industrial and infrastructure systems. You will fulfill a broad range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often as the OperationalTechnologylandscape continues to develop. The ability to adapt and innovate within complex operational environments is paramount to being successful in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Buildprocesses, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up

• Assessescurrent Operational Technology systems for compliance with ITand OT cybersecuritystandards and regulations

• Support technical troubleshooting and remediation for Building Management Systems / Building Automation Systems, including controllers, field devices, sensors, and system integrations

• Analyze and resolve Building Management System alarms, faults, andabnormalconditions;determineroot cause (software, hardware, instrumentation, network) and implement corrective actions to reduce nuisance alarms and false trips

• Support alarm rationalization and tuning of fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) rules, applying the enterprise alarm and fault priority standard to improve signal quality and reduce operator workload

• Evaluate integrations between Building Management Systems and enterprise systems (Information Technology interfaces, fault management, analytic platforms,andComputerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure reliable data flow and operational visibility

• Support nationwide rollout and integration of the enterprise Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platform for building and infrastructure monitoring; analyze configuration and connectivity issues and coordinate fixeswith the site teams, integrators, and vendors

• Facilitatediscussions and meetings to address IT compliance requirements and operational needs, to includeforecasting of new systems or enhancements and upgrades of existing systems

• Troubleshoot industrial communication networks and protocols (BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP) including use of network analyzers and diagnostic tools

• Assistwith the development andmaintenanceof technical documentation, including integration specifications, as-built configurations, and site onboarding records

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience with Operational Technology

• 5+ yearsof experience in Real Estate, FacilitiesOperationsand/or Facilities Management

• Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations fromappropriate datasources

• Experience developing and managing internal processes and procedures
• Domestic travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Operational Technology, industrial control systems,and relevant ITand OTframeworks (e.g.,NISTSP 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO27001)

• Experience in facilitiesOperational Technology (OT) systems, industrial controlsystemsor facilities maintenancesystems

• Experience with SCADA and HMI platforms such as ICONICS GENESIS64, Niagara Framework, or COPA-DATAzenon

• Experience with major Building Automation System vendor platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls Metasys, SiemensDesigo, Honeywell, Schneider ElectricEcoStruxure)

• Experience with fault detection and diagnostics (FDD), alarm management (e.g., ANSI/ISA-18.2), or building analytics platforms

• Experience with cybersecurity principles specific to OT environments, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies

• Experience withmulti-siteprograms anddemonstratedability to lead initiatives across geographic locations

• Experiencewith project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Jira)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $111,350 - $173,650

Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 5): $138,550- $215,050
