Core Responsibilities - Ability to perform daily inspections of construction tasks
- Ability to interpret specifications
- Ability to review and interpret plans including elevations, reinforcement placement, overall dimensions, welding symbols, bolting requirements and general construction details.
- Ability to clearly communicate with the client on project status, issues observed and contractors progress on weekly meetings.
You'll thrive here if you have- Minimum 8 years of building inspector experience
- High School Diploma (Some college preferred)
- ICC B2 Certification, ICC Soils, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Bolting, Certified Welding Inspector, ACI Field Technician 1
- Ability to write reports utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to generate schedules on Microsoft Project is a plus

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
