The RoleWe are seeking a Builder Development Manager to manage and grow our builder business in the South Central marketThe Specifiers, Designers and Architects market is one of huge opportunity for us and requires a very special skills set to develop and leverage the key relationships required. From identifying key clients, through networking and engaging with them, it's vital to our success that we've got the right person on the job.
That's where you come in.You Will:- You'll develop the relationships using your well-developed "hunter" skills with the SDA market segment.
- You'll introduce our brands, deliver product training, and provide your expertise where it's needed.
- From supporting our customer's design process to giving advice on installation, you'll be able to ensure you guide our customers through to complete the sale with our Builder Dealer Network.
- You'll intimately understand all aspects of our brands and will be able develop detailed sales and marketing plans to grow market share within the SDA segment.
- You're a product expert, a project manager, and an excellent stakeholder manager.
- You've got the drive and ambition to help others succeed and you're it when it comes to consumer sales and marketing knowledge.
You Have:- 5-7 years sales experience in working with the builder or designer community
- In-Depth knowledge of builder business
- Ability to work weekends and travel throughout the North Central US region
- Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent work experience within the industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 annually. This range represents the company's good-faith estimate of base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on factors including (but are not limited to) education, relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity and market data.
This role is also eligible to participate in our sales incentive compensation plan. The estimated on-target earnings range is $148,500 - $162,000 annually, assuming 100% achievement of assigned sales targets. Actual incentive payments may be higher or lower based on performance and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan.
