Join Orchard Brokerage and build a market from the ground up. We are looking for a driven, broker-minded Brokerage Leader to establish Orchard's presence in San Diego, CA, recruit and develop a team of high-performing agents, and become the face of Orchard in your market. You will have the platform, the products, and the support. We need the person who can build the culture and the team around it.
CompensationThis is a commission-only (1099) position. The average full-time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
What We Are Looking For- Active and unrestricted California real estate license and located in the greater San Diego, CA area
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
- At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months
- A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
