Full Job Description
Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Broker to join our growing team!

The Sales Broker is responsible for managing and growing a book of business while building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, brokers, and carriers. This role involves reviewing and analyzing risks, cultivating new market opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Broker will also provide guidance and training to Assistant Brokers and contribute to the overall success of the team.

How You Will Contribute:
  • Build agent and broker relationships.
  • Manage current book of business.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets.
  • Effectively manage carrier relationships.
  • Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker.
  • Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Licenses & Certifications:
  • An active state insurance license.
  • CIC or CPCU designation (Preferred)


Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as Underwriter/Broker
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance related discipline (Preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines (Preferred)


Pay Range
$125,000 - $150,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
