Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience, particularly in bridge projects.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with industry design software like MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, AASHTOware, AutoCAD, and MathCAD.
• Experience with North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and local government projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities
