  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries related to the AOR program.
  • Coordinate end-to-end processes for new AOR applicants and annual renewals; make final decisions for online storefronts (e.g., company “dot coms”) and coordinate with senior management on decisions about online marketplaces.

  • Plan and execute periodic test buys to verify ongoing dealer compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve reports of unauthorized sellers and unauthorized ASINs on marketplaces.
  • Provide regular status reporting to the Brand Committee and Field leadership on program health, and recommend updates to AOR program policy based on marketplace trends and dealer feedback.
  • Serve as the key stakeholder for software and platforms that support the AOR program's monitoring, communications, and reporting.

  • Serve as the key stakeholder for software and platforms that support the MAP program's monitoring, communications, and reporting.
  • Design and direct processes that temporarily or permanently restrict deauthorized USD and CAD dealers and resellers from acquiring inventory for e-commerce resale.
  • Design, direct, and coordinate processes and budgeting with the legal team to ensure comprehensive, economical, and efficient management of the company's USD and CAD intellectual property (e.g., trademarks and copyrights), as well as AOR and MAP policy enforcement.
