TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results. Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last. You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners. The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a BPM requires strong sales skills, strong partnership with Client Solutions Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Responsibilities: - Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our account and advertising offerings. - Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize client strategies and foster trust and collaboration. - Develop and maintain C-level relationships with regional executives at a portfolio of global brands to educate and inform on the power of TikTok's platform and drive revenue opportunities. - Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the global sales teams, sales operations, and other key cross functional stakeholders. - Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams across the Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue business units to drive organizational KPIs. - Lead the account planning process that aligns brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities - Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ Experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience - Must demonstrate a 'partner-first' mindset and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, particularly in measurement and solutions engineering. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with digital media (i.e., Digital TV CTV, OTT, social media, etc.) - Experience in retail media networks and/or within the CPG or retail industry is strongly preferred - Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points - Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying - Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level relationships - Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals - Creative, outside-the-box thinker, strategist, and a team player and collaborator.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) - Illinois
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88458 - $157372 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
