Brand Marketing Manager

Are you looking for a place where you can bring your experience in managing and supporting the development of national and strategic marketing efforts for the brand with the specific goal of increasing brand awareness and brand penetration at the local level?

As a Brand Marketing Manager on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns aligned with brand strategy, business priorities, and the consumer journey.


  • Partner with internal teams and external resources to develop creative that strengthens brand identity and the consumer experience.


  • Translate brand priorities into coordinated national and local marketing initiatives that support awareness, demand capture, and business growth.


Local Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Lead local performance marketing efforts through group and 1:1 coaching that helps franchise owners strengthen execution and grow their businesses.


  • Develop and guide customized annual marketing plans, including recommended budgets, channel mix, tactics, programs, and vendors.


  • Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new franchise owners through recurring marketing planning and coaching.


Leadership

  • Leverage resources across Marketing Center of Excellence teams, including Digital, PR, CRM, Creative, and Analytics, as well as cross-functional partners and external vendors, to execute the marketing strategy.


  • Contribute marketing content and insights for franchise advisory council meetings, town halls, and other franchise-facing events, while leading the franchise owner communication strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.


  • Own and lead brand events, conferences, and trade shows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Performance Measurement and Optimization

  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of national and local marketing efforts using available KPIs, business outcomes, and insights.


  • Partner with subject matter experts to improve performance visibility and identify opportunities for optimization.


  • Recommend brand research and oversee ongoing marketing activities to support informed decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional Marketing experience
    • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Power Point required, with working knowledge or desire to learn various AI and analytics tools.
    • Knowledge of Brandfolder, Business Intelligence, Monday.com is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent professional business skills, including verbal, written (emphasis on mastery of drafting day-to-day business correspondence required), analytical, and organizational skills required.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing advertising, strategy and best practice.
    • Ability to think critically and to interpret and apply processes across many different areas.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment under pressure while demonstrating the utmost professionalism and a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or equivalent
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
