Full Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to turn business priorities and consumer insight into campaigns that shift perception and drive measurable demand. You'll own campaign strategy from brief through launch and retros, aligning partners, sharpening priorities, and ensuring every expression builds a more distinctive, trusted and effective Affirm brand.

What You'll Do
  • Own campaign strategy and architecture for priority brand and partner moments, including co-marketing projects with key merchants and ongoing merchant and promotional campaigns outside the major seasonal moments. Translate business goals, audience insight, and brand strategy into briefs and recommendations that shape how Affirm invests in these moments, not just how individual campaigns execute.
  • Drive early strategic thinking and lead brief development for partner campaigns, shaping how Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Paid, and Comms work together on audience, narrative, channel roles, and definition of success. Advise these teams on tradeoffs and complex calls, and review creative to ensure execution teams have what they need to build and ship excellent work.
  • Set campaign GTM strategy and investment priorities across brand and partner moments, determining how Brand Operations resources timelines and workflow and how channel leads allocate budget.
  • Build a learning culture. Define what's working across campaigns and turn it into reusable frameworks and standards that make every future effort stronger.
  • Own brand measurement and reporting in partnership with paid and analyst functions, both for brand overall and campaign by campaign. Maintain the integrity of the brand health tracker, hold execution partners accountable to the brief, and give leadership a clear, recurring read on what's working and what needs to change.

What We Look For
  • You have 8-10 years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a closely related discipline, with experience managing full campaigns from strategy to launch, ideally at both an agency and in-house teams.
  • As a natural creative thinker and problem solver yourself, you know how to partner and get strong creative out of a team. You've briefed and run creative work that landed sharp, on strategy, on budget and on time.
  • You have a track record of building brand awareness, equity, and differentiation through data and consumer insight, and can evaluate performance against business KPIs.
  • You're comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed marketing organization, and you're capable of building alignment across cross-functional partners through influence.
  • You use data to develop and articulate a clear point of view, while staying collaborative and open to new information changing your mind.
  • Bonus. Experience with extending campaigns to global markets, and working in fintech, financial services, or another trust-sensitive category is a plus.
