Compensation: $83,000 - $104,000 (Dependent on experience)Basic Requirements: 3+ years experience in Sales and Marketing or related fieldJob DescriptionThe Brand Manager serves as the leader of the beverage portfolio. In this role, the Brand Manager is responsible for developing a vision and strategy for the portfolio, leading the execution of brand marketing plans, developing an innovation pipeline to ensure long-term success in the marketplace and managing brand investments. The Brand Manager will work closely in conjunction with the Marketing Department and Franchise Management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop a marketing plan focused against driving awareness and trial in new and existing markets
- Manage strategic planning and day-to-day activities with Franchise Management
- Handle all aspects of general market coupon development and management
- Work with Channel Directors and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on channel and/or account specific brand programs and Look of Success (LOS)
- Work closely with Commercialization team to communicate initiatives and ensure execution
- Work with Marketing Department to develop and deploy selling tools to support programs
- Optimize portfolio and ensure mix is as effective and efficient as possible in an effort to drive the highest levels of awareness, trial and brand preference
- Build innovation strategies and plans to further differentiate brands by flavor and package
- Act as conduit between supply chain and Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth product launches and accurate forecasting
- Lead complex analysis across all aspects of the business to understand current situation and develop plans to win in the marketplace
- Negotiating and administering funding through brand, innovation, and BD+L
- Negotiating and administering incentives (Developing, tracking, payouts)
- Interacting with Sales Center and engaging in trade rides
- Conducting brand planning (Thematic planning and programming)
- Responsible for Dealer Loader Distribution with Sales Centers and KAMs
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration required
- Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing or related field required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization ability and time management skills
- Ability to work in an office environment that could include extended periods of sitting or standing, while occasionally lifting or carrying materials and supplies
- Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
- Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require
