Brand Manager, Adult Tylenol Megabrand

What you will do
The Brand Manager will lead Adult Tylenol Megabrand Strategy & Execution. In this capacity, they will be responsible for leading the portfolio architecture and strategy, performance and measurement process across the category/competitive landscape and overall integrated business planning process. This person will play a critical role in developing campaigns for Adult Tylenol across Megabrand and Tylenol’s strategic audience targets. They will play a critical role in managing Adult Tylenol’s media strategy, planning, and performance evaluating in partnership with the Integrated Media and agency teams. They will be an integral part of activating our US 3-year operating model and work closely with our cross-functional team. Looking for a highly strategic, analytical leader to be part of the Pain Care leadership team and elevate our portfolio and growth strategy to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape to best share our portfolio strategy across long-term horizon.
- Can develop, lead, and execute strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the Franchise, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Achieves sales, consumption, and share objectives for the Franchise
- Can lead communications and campaign development for Adult Tylenol.
- Will be responsible for Adult Tylenol National and Retail Media strategy, planning, and performance monitoring as well as optimizations to the plan.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations to achieve brand / business outcomes.
- Creates a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization.
- Manage people and support their professional development.
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio.
- Ability to manage agencies and external partners.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of business experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial experience is required.
- Marketing or sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required.
- Strong analytical and insights management experience required.
- Candidate must have superior leadership skills and demonstrated track record to lead cross-functional projects and ability to present strategy at senior levels
- Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround).
- P&L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required.
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
