Job Posting:
As Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm plus overtime as needed
Responsibilities:Qualifications:2-3 years of management experience preferred
5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge
Must beat least18years old.
Validstate issuedlicense isrequired.
- Experience leading teams in sales and operations
- Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions
- A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style
- A track record of building team trust and consistency
- Clear, calm problem-solving 6ven when things move fast
- Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution
- Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers
