Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in banking; 2-3 years in a managerial role preferred.
• Proven success in small business development and growth.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital banking tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be bonded.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales strategies, particularly targeting small businesses.
• Grow deposits and originate loans by expanding client relationships.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to meet growth and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including BSA and OFAC.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and feedback sessions for staff.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
