Join a leading company in the landscaping industry as a Branch Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction at our branch location. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and build lasting relationships with key clients. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement branch goals in collaboration with executive leadership to align with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account retention.
  • Oversee and support branch leadership in training and developing crew leaders and team members.
  • Ensure the proper execution and renewal of client contracts, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, working closely with corporate teams to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality assurance measures.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards and client expectations.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment, making safety a top priority for all branch activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
  • At least three years of progressive leadership experience, such as serving as a Divisional or Production Manager.
  • Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
