Branch Manager

Building relationships with our members, and offering first-class service is a top priority at Town & Country FCU. Applying our lending philosophy and identifying member needs, the Branch manager plays an intricate role in expanding the relationship with the credit union and helping our members reach their financial goals.

The Branch Manager conducts loan interviews, underwrites loans, reviews and evaluates information on loan documents to determine loan conditions meet credit union and regulatory standards, and conducts loan closings. Branch Manager assists members with opening new accounts and miscellaneous service requests.

The Branch Manager directs, develops, motivates, and supports branch staff. Together as a team the staff strives to reach branch growth goals. The branch manager administers yearly performance evaluations and monthly coaching sessions to support staff with reaching individual goals.

Salary $78,000 - $82,500 annual

Experience & Education
Three to five years of similar or related work experience. 2-year college degree, or completion of special certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendor, or job specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Location

This position is for one of our six branches located in either South Portland, Portland, Scarborough, or Saco.
