What You'll Do- Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics
- Drive financial performance and operational excellence
- Manage P&L and reporting functions
- Coach and develop your team for success
What We're Looking For- Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3-4 years rental industry experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Skills That Set You Apart:- Strong leadership and communication
- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
- High accountability and time management
