This role is available at multiple locations and has multiple levels - open to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of banking or retail management experience.The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.

Responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all team members provide an excellent customer experience reflective of U.S. Bank culture and core values. The primary duty of this role is to lead and manage branch(es) to ensure that goals are met and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations. This role will regularly coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise discretion with independent judgement in performing necessary duties. Responsible for utilizing effective communication and critical thinking to identify financial resources for customers and fulfill those needs by providing direction and recommendations to appropriate products and services and helping individual and business customers reach their financial goals through collaboration with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services. Acts as leader for customer experience, provides motivation and direction for the team, expands customer base and promotes and participates in the local market/community to identify the needs and promote U.S. Bank products and services.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment

Basic Qualifications
- Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record. Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures.

Branch Manager 3

Pay Range: $91,620 - $112,000

Intermediate leadership position responsible for independently managing two or more retail bank branch teams or one large/complex branch team with occasional mentoring from more experienced and/or senior level leader. Manages employee selection, coaching, development, recognition, and supervision in order to ensure sales and customer service goals are met/exceeded. Proactively identifies opportunities, obstacles, and/or trends to meet business objectives. Typically has bachelors degree or equivalent. Typically has a minimum of 3 to 4 years of banking or retail management experience.

Branch Manager 4

Pay Range: $104,130 - $127,300

Advanced leadership position responsible for independently managing two or more retail bank branch teams, one large/complex branch team, or branch managers with minimal mentoring from senior level leader. Manages employee selection, coaching, development, recognition, and supervision in order to ensure sales and customer service goals are met/exceeded. Proactively identifies opportunities, obstacles, and/or trends to meet business objectives and contributes to drafting of strategy objectives. Supports employee growth and development, leverages performance management process, and creates a culture of support. Viewed as subject matter expert by peers, periodically leads district or market projects and initiatives. Identifies need to change course in order to meet business objectives when applicable. Identifies opportunities to be involved in local market/community to give back and to help the community thrive. Typically has bachelors degree or equivalent. Typically has a minimum of 4 to 5 years of banking and/or retail management experience.

Branch Manager 5

Pay Range: $117,630 - $143,800

Expert leadership position responsible for independently managing more than two retail bank branch teams and/or other managers or manages one large highly complex branch generating significant revenue with multiple partners present in a large, flagship or de novo market. Manages employee selection, coaching, recognition, and supervision in order to ensure sales and customer service goals are met/exceeded. Operates independently to effectively support employee growth and development, leverages performance management process, and creates a culture of support. Actively works a development plan and has a defined career path. Viewed as subject matter expert by peers, leads district or market projects and initiatives. Proactively identifies less obvious opportunities, obstacles, and or trends to ensure growth. Essential to input on strategy, objectives.Committedto leading opportunities to be involved in local market/community to give back and to help the community thrive. Identifies need to change course in order to meet business objectives. Typically has bachelors degree or equivalent. Typically has a minimum of 5 years of banking and/or retail management experience.
