Branch Manager • Palo Alto, CA

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Palo Alto, CA branch. This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the branch, including quality, client retention, team development, business growth, operational performance, and profitability.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the Palo Alto branch in achieving its overall objectives for quality, client retention, growth, and profitability
  • Ensure the operations team has the people, equipment, resources, and detailed budgets necessary to perform successfully
  • Personally inspect jobs to evaluate quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational plans are being effectively executed
  • Lead branch team-building, training, coaching, and employee development initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, industry events, and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Ensure customer concerns and reasonable requests are addressed quickly, professionally, and effectively
  • Communicate company goals and departmental objectives throughout the branch and ensure teams are aligned and working together
  • Develop strong bench strength within field and management teams to support current operations and future growth
  • Identify and develop internal talent, with promotion from within preferred whenever possible
  • Partner closely with the Business Developer to identify new opportunities and drive market growth
  • Develop and execute appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for branch operations
  • Hold teams accountable for achieving operational, financial, customer service, and employee-development goals

    $120,000• $155,000 base salary per year

    Specific compensation may vary based on skills, and experience

    Additional year-end annual bonus potential based on branch and individual performance.
