Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the branch team to achieve operational efficiency
  • Evaluate current practices and implement improvements to enhance daily operations
  • Track and report financial and operational metrics to the regional manager
  • Develop and oversee the branch budget, forecasting monthly expectations
  • Facilitate safety training for employees
  • Manage inventory levels, budgeting for inventory, and controlling slow-moving stock
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary to support the organization

About the Role

  • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
  • Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch's current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
  • Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
  • Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
  • Facilitate employee safety training
  • Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
  • May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We're Looking For

  • High School Dipolma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years' work experience
  • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
  • Must hold a valid driver's license


  • Base Pay: $90,000 - $110,000+ Annually, DOE
  • Employee Incentive Plan (Annual Bonus)*. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
