Compensation: $85,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Bonus
Position OverviewWe're hiring a
Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our Rancho Cordova branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service.
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the branch team with effective communication, motivation, and clear performance expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including financial performance, personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Coach, train, and develop employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Review financial indicators to measure branch success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment regulations.
- Manage fleet resources to meet daily customer service and delivery requirements.
- Oversee warehouse slotting, storage layout, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities that reflect company standards.
- Collaborate with other Branch Managers and the Regional Operations Manager to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the region.

• Clean driving record (DMV report required)

• Industry and product knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a related leadership role
