An established and growing organization in the construction and trades sector, is seeking a
Branch Manager / General Manager to lead full branch operations in a regional market. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of performance, team development, and operational execution, offering strong visibility and impact.
What You'll Do as the Branch Manager / General Manager:- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and growth
- Own full P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, logistics, and workflow optimization
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage core business functions such as operations, HR, finance, credit and collections, procurement, and sales
- Partner with leadership to execute business strategy and hit key performance targets
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
Must-Haves as the Branch Manager / General Manager:- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within construction or skilled trades
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L and business performance
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Solid operational and financial acumen
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
Nice-to-Haves as the Branch Manager / General Manager:- Experience managing multiple business functions within a branch or division

- Background in scaling or improving operational performance in a field-based environment
