Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000/ Year DOE
Branch Manager Responsibilities: - Directly manage a team of 10 employees
- Oversee profit and loss and overall sales performance
- Work towards expanding business revenue
- Manage compliance issues and customer expedites
- Lead and coordinate team efforts
- Maximize sales opportunities
- Strategically manage inventory and ensure adequate parts supply
- Evaluate margins to optimize profitability
- Report directly to senior management
- Collaborate with the former owner during the initial training period
Branch Manager Requirements: - 5+ years of management experience
- Direct experience managing profit and loss
- Distribution experience, ideally in aerospace and military sectors
- Strong business acumen with a sales-oriented mindset
- Experience progressing from an inside sales role to a management position preferred
- A military background, particularly in logistics, is preferred
