BPS Healthcare Client Director

The Client Partner (Director) will support BPO/BPM/BPS services for the Healthcare sector. Will be responsible for successfully leading program management of initiatives to transform customer interactions and developing and maintaining effective key relationships. The Director is accountable for the management of existing focus accounts in (BPS) Business Process Outsourcing. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must have 15+ years' experience in BPO.
  • Lead account strategy and planning and find opportunities of growth in the account.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and grow revenue and drive opportunities in all lines of businesses in BPS.
  • Develop and establish oneself as an industry and Wipro Digital Operations thought leader
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, CoE & Delivery teams to provide your domain expertise and represent our company and industry centric solutions in front of customers and prospects.
  • Work with the Marketing team to help define pre-sales messages and marketing collaterals for the industry.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Delivery team during the implementation of solutions at customer sites for the right insights and handoffs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Wipro. Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers and participate in their strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular pre-sales reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to enable the delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to give the customer an enhanced experience across touchpoints.
  • Manage existing strategic customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert within the region and primary liaison between the solution teams, delivery, and customers.
  • Working with internal teams to identify and create strategic initiatives. i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets.
  • Expertise in the Healthcare sector.
  • A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions.
  • Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities.
  • Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond.
  • Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
