Your role and responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant: Cybersecurity, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, business and technical requirements, and issues. You will develop and present innovative technical solutions to meet their needs, tailoring them to the specific situation and ensuring they align with IBM's sales strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs, aligning with IBM's sales strategy.
• Present Innovative Solutions: Present complex, multi-year solutions to clients, optimizing costs and meeting their requirements while considering IBM's profitability.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-geography, cross-line of business teams to create comprehensive solutions, leveraging strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Deliver Successful Bids: Engage with various stakeholders to deliver successful cybersecurity bids, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, identifying opportunities and optimizing solutions to meet client needs.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in Cybersecurity Solutions: Proven experience in developing and presenting innovative technical solutions to meet clients' cybersecurity needs, with a strong understanding of business and technical requirements.
• Experience with Complex Solution Development: A track record of creating complex, multi-year solutions that optimize costs and meet clients' requirements while considering profitability.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience leading and collaborating with cross-geography, cross-line of business teams to create comprehensive solutions, leveraging strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Cybersecurity Bid Management: Proven ability to deliver successful cybersecurity bids, driving business growth and client satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic Business Growth: Experience developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying opportunities and optimizing solutions to meet client needs.
Preferred technical and professional experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
