Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (College preferred)
• Knowledge of ADP / CDK preferred or equivalent
• Proficient in Mitchell Paint/Body Estimating System or equivalent
• Preferred 4-5 years management experience (auto/diesel a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up capabilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills; proficient in sales and relationship building
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a high-quality commercial truck body shop
• Handle a variety of jobs including collision repairs, sandblasting, and welding
• Manage a diverse team of 8 including painters and body shop advisors
• Drive sales by providing quotes and estimates while fostering business growth
• Maintain strong partnerships with insurance companies and clients
• Coach, hire, train, and motivate team members while monitoring performance
• Ensure safety standards and quality repairs are consistently met
