We are offering relocation assistance for this position if needed! What You'll Do:- Lead and mentor a high-performing team - Supervise and support technicians, estimators, and administrative staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Oversee all aspects of body shop operations - Manage the full repair process, from initial estimates and insurance approvals to final quality checks and customer delivery, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure team members receive proper training and development - Implement structured training programs, mentor team members, and provide opportunities for professional growth to ensure industry best practices and evolving technologies are embraced.
- Maintain compliance with company and OEM policies - Enforce manufacturer repair guidelines, warranty processes, and safety standards, ensuring all documentation and procedures are followed accurately.
- Drive operational efficiency and shop performance - Set and monitor key performance metrics, develop strategies for process improvements, and implement corrective actions to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments - Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Service managers to align goals, share information, and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination for seamless repairs and superior customer service.
- Foster strong customer relationships - Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process, addressing concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage shop resources and vendor relations - Research and select vendors for quality parts and materials, negotiate pricing, and oversee inventory management to control costs while maintaining top-tier service.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment - Maintain a clean, well-equipped, and hazard-free shop area that meets all safety and compliance requirements. Conduct regular spot checks to uphold workplace standards.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:- 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a collision repair or body shop setting
- Strong knowledge of collision repair, truck systems, and dealership operations
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, analyzing data, and driving efficiency
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:- Freightliner dealership experience
- CIC Level I or II training
- Kaizen and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
