Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of automotive technical experience in Auto Body/Collision Repair.
• 2+ years of experience with automotive body structures and components.
• 2+ years of collision body repair experience, including estimator or body shop roles.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of field collision repair techniques and industry practices.
• In-depth understanding of Auto Body/Collision Repair requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team building skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with process development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct body collision serviceability and damageability assessments.
• Provide technical collision repair assistance to stakeholders.
• Develop and facilitate collision training programs.
• Prepare technical documentation for repair procedures and training.
• Influence product designs to meet serviceability requirements for collision commodities.
• Act as the primary contact for safe repair practices in the collision industry related to Stellantis vehicles.
• Support physical repair trials and establish equipment requirements for the certified network.
