Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Endocrinology

Salary: $150,000-$220,000 annually

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a high level of clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to practice within a growing specialty group.About the Role

Our providers deliver on-site endocrine care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout New York and New Jersey.

You will manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and other common endocrine conditions while working closely with facility nursing teams, primary care providers, and administration.Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site patient evaluations and follow-up visits

  • Collaborate with nursing staff, DONs, facility leadership, and primary care teams
  • Provide clear clinical recommendations and ongoing follow-up
  • Document in facility EMRs, with training and administrative support provided
  • Help reduce avoidable hospitalizations through proactive specialty care

Qualifications
